ScreenShare Shield is a Chrome extension that helps protect your privacy while you share your screen. This policy explains what the extension does and does not do with your data.
ScreenShare Shield does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The extension has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no remote servers.
Your settings are saved locally in your browser using Chrome's storage feature. This includes whether Share Mode is on, your blur list of websites, and your panic hotkey. This information stays in your browser. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the extension.
The extension asks permission for each site you choose to protect.
We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any.
If the extension changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
